Public institutions are at the heart of all communities and its responsible for forming and enforcing ordinances that govern our society. Its primary purpose is to maintain order and provide public services. We want our public institutions to become curious about Hmong people. We are working to ensure that their policies reflect that of our Hmong community, so that we have an equal footing when it comes to leading a prosperous and positive life.
